Thank you for visiting The NeedleArt Closet's Website. Most items ship within 14 business days unless noted in the item description (Saturday, Sunday and holidays excluded). Allow 1-4 weeks for canvas. Shipping times are approximate only and not a guarantee of a shipping time. Upon ordering, customers provide an authorization for us to receive payment. We request and only receive payment when items are ready to ship. An order is not accepted until funds are requested and received. The NeedleArt Closet may at its discretion cancel a customers order for any reason. Examples: No response to an email, authorization is rejected, item is out of stock with no known restocking date. In a multiple item order, if an item is on back order with no known in stock date, we will do our best to contact you; otherwise we will delete the item from your order and ship the remaining items.
