The NeedleArt Closet Return Policy: 1. Due to copyright issues No returns or exchanges on patterns, needlepoint canvas, or special order items. 2. The return mailing date must be no later than 14 days of receipt. Be sure to return using delivery confirmation and packaged to avoid damage. 3. Items must be returned in new condition, not opened, used, no bends or creases, odorless (i.e. no pet or smoke smell), and no pet hairs. 4. If returned in other then new condition, the condition will be documented, no refund will be issued. 5. Please call or e-mail to notify us of the return. Shipping: We ship USPS and take responsibility for any lost in mail or damaged items. (Damaged items must be returned for our inspection prior to any refund including return shipping cost).
