Glory Bee Mouse is the second in the Mouse on a Tin Limited Edition Series.... and the bees are very busy. Glory is wearing a bumblebee costume featuring black and yellow stripes, garden greenery, white flowers and a cute little bee skep on the back.  Look for a row of bee bodies made up of honey colored peanut beads striped with black floss. Scattered alabaster gold beads lend sparkle, and 2 tiny bees hover above the flowers.  Her hat is fashioned from an amber flower bead topped with a cream pearl.

All mice in this series will be magnetized!  When finished, the mouse will sit firmly on the tin, even if held upside down.

The tin measures 2” in diameter.  The label on the top of the tin features circles of tiny bees and leaves against a green background, and the rim is decorated with white satin scallop trim.

A tiny (just 1 ¼” square) frayed edge Bee Needlebook fits inside the tin.  White flowers and greenery adorn the corners surrounding a backstitched honey comb in the center. A gold Painted Bee Charm with crystal sits on the honey comb.  Cream felt on the back holds 1 or 2 needles inserted on the diagonal. 

Mouse and Needlebook are stitched on 32 CT Weeks “Linen” linen.  It is important to use this count of linen so that everything fits.  All of the mice and needlebooks in the series will use this color and count of linen.

Design area for the mouse is 29H X 57W, design area for the needlebook is 19H X 19W.

The kit includes color cover and all instructions for stitching and finishing plus the decorated tin, gold tail, beads, cream pearl, flower bead, painted bee charm, cream felt and the magnetized button for the base.  Stitcher will need to provide 2’ X 2” fusible interfacing for the needlebook and stuffing for the mouse.
