Stitch count is 97w x 87h. Punch Needle House is stitched on 36 count Arrowroot by Roxy Floss Co, one strand of floss over two linen threads. A conversion to WDW/CC and GA as well as DMC is also provided

There will be nine individual charts. Each chart has a stitch count of 97 x 87, with the entire series including border having a stitch count of 347 x 277.  The series is stitched on 36 count Arrowroot linen by Roxy Floss Co. with Roxy Floss Co overdyed floss. Conversion to WDW, CC and GA as well as DMC.  An off white neutral fabric would be a great alternate. There is a chart showing the conversion with required skeins of each in brackets. This is for stitching one over two. If stitching two over two, you will need double the amount of skeins.  The link is below.
