From the Designer Ruthie Taylor:The design for the strip of octagons measures 257 wide and 90 stitches high. The design for the bird on top measures 64 stitches wide and 51 stitches high. Stitched on 32 count, the same count as the original sampler, it will make a drum of around 6 ½ inches high with a diameter of around 5 inches.
