Shipping & Returns
Q: Shipping? A: The United States Postal Service is the preferred carrier, but carrier choice may differ.
Q: Returns? A: Return Policy: 1. Due to copyright restrictions No returns or exchanges on patterns, needlepoint canvas, books, or special order items. 2. Return mailing date must be no later than 10 days of receipt. Return must have delivery confirmation and packaged to avoid damage. The customer is responsible to pay for shipping of returned merchandise. 3. Returned merchandise must be returned in its original packaging, and in saleable condition or the return will not be accepted and no refund will be issued. Item must be unopened, have no bends or creases, odorless (i.e. no pet or smoke smell), and no pet hairs. Only un-opened skeins, hanks, spools or cards of threads may be returned. 4. Call or e-mail to notify us of the return. 5. Unless an error on the NeedleArt Closets part there is a 50% restocking fee, actual shipping and any processing fees ($8.00 Miniumum) will also be deducted from refund. 6. If an item is returned for exchange - additional shipping will be charged. If you received damaged or incorrect product, Damaged items must be returned for inspection prior to any refund including return shipping cost.
Q: Back Orders, Out Of Stock Items? A: invoice will note Back ordered items. Backordered shipments are not charged additional shipping. If an item is retired or with an unknown stock date, remaining items will ship. For international customers back ordered items must be re-ordered and additional shipping costs will occur
Q. Payment? A. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Applepay, Paypal, and USPS Money Orders. We do not see Credit Card numbers or have the ability to do so.
Q: Shipping costs? A: $5.25 to all US Addresses, territories, and possessions. US military addresses Free (Shipping fee will appear in checkout, but be deducted prior to requesting funds). Non-US Addresses: Items will be sent insured. If insurance is not available to a particular country, orders will be declined. If insurance coverage ceases when the package leaves US custody, the customer is fully responsible for any losses. International Customs, Duties, and/or Tax charges/fees (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the buyer’s responsibility.
Q: Shipping time? A: Shipping Information is located on each website page. Times are estimates and not guaranteed. Customers will receive an email containing a tracking number when order ships.
Q. Order Acceptance? A: An order is not accepted until funds are requested and received.
